The spreadsheet era of nutrition is over. Snap a photo and let MyMeals track your circadian eating, plant diversity and metabolic health with clinical-grade rigor.
Free to start with 10 AI meal analyses. For iPhone.
Snap a photo. MyMeals identifies every food, calculates its nutrients and tracks the metrics that drive healthspan: plant diversity, metabolic load, circadian eating and nutrient synergies.
Stop weighing almonds. Start living. No searching databases, no scanning barcodes, no guessing serving sizes while your meal gets cold.
A calorie count tells you almost nothing about your actual biological health. We replaced the search bar with vision AI, and the calorie ledger with a clinical health model.

Calories are a unit of heat. They don’t tell you how food behaves in your body. MyMeals tracks the metabolic context of every meal: when you ate it, how processed it is, and what you ate it with.
Gut health thrives on variety, not restriction. MyMeals automatically detects the unique plant species in your meals, helping you hit the research-backed goal of 30+ different plants a week.
The science. In the American Gut Project, people who ate 30+ plant types a week had more diverse gut microbiomes.
11 h eating windowCaloric midpoint 13:10
Circadian alignment
When you eat is as important as what you eat. Your Day Clock maps your true eating window and caloric midpoint, and tracks every shift against your 7- and 28-day averages.
The science. Satchin Panda’s research on time-restricted eating made the eating window a core metric of circadian health.
18% of today’s energy from ultra-processed food
Metabolic load (NOVA)
Not all macros are created equal. MyMeals analyzes each food’s ingredient profile using the NOVA classification system, showing you exactly how much of your energy comes from whole foods versus ultra-processed ingredients.
The science. Large cohort studies link ultra-processed food to higher all-cause mortality, independent of calories.
It’s not just what you eat, but what you eat together. MyMeals flags when the calcium in your meal is blocking your iron absorption, or when vitamin C would unlock plant-based iron.
The science. Calcium and coffee reduce non-heme iron absorption; vitamin C increases it.
2 of 3 main meals reached 25 g of protein
Protein distribution and fiber
Spread protein, don’t stack it. MyMeals tracks how many of your main meals reach 25 g of protein, and your fiber against your daily target.
The science. Evenly distributed protein raised 24-hour muscle protein synthesis in a controlled trial; higher fiber tracks with lower mortality.

Diet quality and health dimensions
Every week is scored against a recognized index for your region, such as HEI-2020 or the Nordic Nutrition Recommendations, with cardiometabolic quality, inflammatory potential and gut support alongside.
The science. Every measure is graded with the WCRF evidence framework. If the science is weak, MyMeals tells you.
In the app
Put your phone down. We’ll do the paperwork.
Your mealtime is sacred. Current apps force you to do data entry while your food gets cold. MyMeals shifts the work to the background so you can stay present.
Snap and go
Take a photo in two seconds and go back to your meal. Or say it out loud: “Two slices of whole-grain toast with cheddar and a coffee with oat milk.” MyMeals analyzes everything in the background and leaves a draft in your inbox for a quick review when you have time.
Live your life
Snap multiple photos of a dinner party, or bulk-import your camera roll at the end of the day. MyMeals automatically stitches them into continuous eating sessions based on timestamps.
Airplane mode tracking
Snap a photo of your airplane meal or a dish at a remote cabin. MyMeals queues your photos offline and processes them the moment you reconnect.
A sovereign health graph that learns your kitchen.
MyMeals automatically memorizes your staple ingredients and preferred brands, and permanently calibrates to your kitchen habits.
MyMeals knows your pantry
Scan a grocery receipt once. When the AI sees Greek yogurt in your bowl next Tuesday, it doesn’t guess from 10,000 brands. It starts with the Greek yogurt you actually bought.
MyMeals learns your tableware
AI can’t read volume from a flat photo alone. Snap a one-time picture of your actual bowls and plates. MyMeals registers them as your Personal Tableware and uses them as a spatial reference to calibrate your portions.
MyMeals memorizes your brands
Confirm your oat milk once, say Oatly Barista Edition, and MyMeals calibrates to it permanently. Every carton in a photo reads as Oatly from then on.
Learn it, or just this once
Correct a food once and choose: learn it, or just this once. Keto bread that looks like regular bread? MyMeals stops mixing them up.
Everything MyMeals learns lives in My Foods, where you can edit it, delete it or switch learning off.
Scientific honesty, not false precision.
Calorie counts are famously inaccurate. 2D photos cannot reveal hidden butter or exact depth. Instead of lying with false precision, MyMeals calculates a strict interval for every uncertain item.

Every insight in MyMeals is graded using the strict WCRF (World Cancer Research Fund) evidence framework. If the science is weak, we tell you.
Trends, not verdicts
Seven-day averages reveal where energy, protein, fiber and added sugar are heading. The weekly health report scores the week as a whole.

MyMeals is the intelligent journal for your metabolic health, on iPhone. Snap a photo, say what you ate, or import your camera roll, and MyMeals drafts the meal in the background: foods, portions and nutrients, with honest ranges instead of false precision. It tracks the metrics that drive healthspan, including plant diversity, metabolic load (NOVA), circadian eating and nutrient interactions, and it calibrates to your kitchen: your brands, receipts and tableware.
Is MyMeals a calorie counter?
It counts calories. Then it tracks the metabolic context calorie counters miss: plant diversity, metabolic load (NOVA), protein distribution, fiber, your circadian eating window and nutrient interactions. Capture takes a photo, and seven-day trends reveal where you’re heading.
How accurate is MyMeals?
Packaged foods scanned by barcode or label are exact. For home-cooked plates, a 2D photo cannot reveal hidden oil or exact depth, so MyMeals calculates a strict interval for uncertain portions and flags the item to calibrate. Precision climbs as MyMeals calibrates to your brands, your grocery receipts and the tableware you register.
Can I track meals from photos I took earlier?
Yes. Bulk-import your camera roll, and MyMeals reads each photo’s timestamp, stitches photos of the same meal into one eating session and drops the drafts in your inbox. Receipts and grocery shelves stay out of your meals.
Is MyMeals medical advice?
MyMeals is nutritional intelligence for general wellness. Its analytics help you understand your eating; diagnosis and treatment decisions belong with you and your clinician. If you manage a condition through nutrition, such as diabetes, kidney disease or a food allergy, use MyMeals alongside your care team’s advice.
How does the free trial work?
The yearly Pro plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Apple charges you when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before, in the App Store subscription settings on your iPhone.
How do I delete my data?
Delete any meal or photo at any time. To delete everything, choose Delete account in the app’s settings: MyMeals permanently removes your photos, meals, learned foods and account, immediately.
